Mediation And Dispute Resolution

Like arbitration, mediation is an alternative method to resolve a dispute rather than using the customary route of litigation in our traditional court system. However, unlike arbitration, mediation is typically non-binding which means the mediator will not render a decision that is binding on the parties. Rather, the mediator will work as a facilitator attempting to get the parties to reach an agreed compromise settlement.
