Biography

Reid Perkins has both knowledge of the law and real-life practical experience. In addition to representing individuals, Reid Perkins acts as counsel for a number of businesses, advising those businesses on a wide variety of issues including labor and employment issues, human resources, litigation, contracts, and property transactions (easements, leases, purchases and sales, etc.). Reid has represented clients in virtually every county and in every court in Montana.

He has substantial experience representing both individuals and companies in litigation up to and through trial and appeal. Reid is who clients hire when they need the best representation possible; whether litigating in the courtroom or understanding a business transaction, Reid can help with your unique legal needs. If a client is currently in litigation, or trying to avoid litigation, Reid is the competent attorney who cares, who is candid, and who finds the best outcome for the client’s situation.
