Biography

When working with clients, Amy keeps an eye on providing a comprehensive global package of services to positively impact a client’s life. A client may come to Amy for assistance with purchasing a business, and during the process Amy can guide the client through succession planning for that business, and integrate the new business and succession plan into an overall estate plan for that client in order to ensure the financial safety of the client’s business and their family.

Amy has an ear for listening, a mind for planning, and an eye for drafting- the perfect combination for expertly and efficiently guiding clients through estate planning, special needs planning, elder care concerns, probate needs, business formation and transactions, or real property transactions.

For a number of years, Amy’s general practice included litigating real property issues and contract disputes, as well as family law, before she focused her practice primarily to estate planning, trusts, probate, and transactional work. Her diverse general practice experience has provided a solid background and unique perspective that Amy applies in drafting comprehensive estate plans and contracts that will stand the test of time, as well as effectively resolving family disputes in probates.

Amy is a native of Montana, and an active member and supporter of the Missoula Community with a family of her own. Her personal experiences help her provide perspective and guidance to clients with businesses and families across Montana.
