Jesse C. Kodadek

Attorney

Biography

Jesse believes litigation should be a last resort, but sometimes it is the only remaining option. He therefore devotes 100% of his time to litigation, or avoiding it.

Jesse litigates in both trial and appellate courts, where he represents clients in a wide variety of areas, especially property rights issues involving roads and easements; in general commercial litigation; and in insurance disputes, where he usually represents insureds. Local and state government entities are a common adversary. As you may have noticed, Jesse prefers to take on the Goliaths of the world, rather than the Davids.

His greatest strengths are making the complex simple and crafting incisive legal briefs—both of which are at the core of all legal disputes.

Jesse has handled cases and argued in state and federal courtrooms from one end of Montana to the other, and has handled many appeals to the Montana Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

With an undergraduate degree in English Literature, Jesse has strong research and writing skills. And with a decade of experience in the housing industry—both building and selling homes—Jesse has real-world experience solving complex problems and timely delivering results that exceed client expectations.
