Biography

Erika was born and raised in Montana and is proud to practice in her home state. Her practice emphasizes guardianships and conservatorships, where she regularly advises families and individuals navigating complex care and decision-making needs. She also assists clients with comprehensive estate planning, probate and trust administration, and business formation and succession planning. She works closely with individuals, families, and business owners to develop practical, forward-looking legal solutions that protect assets, preserve intent, and provide long-term stability. Erika is committed to helping clients maintain agency over their legal matters while ensuring they understand their options and feel confident in their decisions.

 

 

Erika has extensive experience advising individuals serving in fiduciary roles, including guardians, conservators, agents under powers of attorney, trustees, and personal representatives. She enjoys helping clients navigate these roles so they feel confident and have a clear understanding of their duties and obligations.

In her free time, Erika enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and enjoying Montana’s outdoors in every season, from skiing in the winter to backpacking, camping, and hiking in the warmer months.
