Ron Bender was born in Butte, Montana. After receiving his B.A. with Honors from Carroll College in 1968 and his J.D. with Honors from The University of Montana in 1971 he was admitted to the bar. He served as a law clerk for two years to the Honorable Russell E. Smith, Chief Judge, U.S. District Court, District of Montana.
Ron joined Worden Thane P.C. in 1973 and his practice focuses on banking, labor and employment, real estate, insurance defense, commercial transactions and products liability.
Ron is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and has authored three articles in the Montana Law Review. Ron is an AV Preeminent rated attorney with extensive legal experience in the litigation and business arenas.
