Pat Dougherty joined the firm in 1986. Born in Great Falls, Montana, he graduated from Montana State University (B.S., 1973) and The University of Montana (B.S., 1977; J.D., with honors, 1986). He practiced as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Montana prior to joining the firm. Pat's practice emphasizes real estate, taxation, probate and trusts, estate planning, and commercial and business transactions.
Pat has obtained the prestigious AV Peer Review rating in Martindale-Hubbell. Martindale.com indicates the following regarding this rating: "shows that a lawyer has reached the height of professional excellence. He or she has usually practiced law for many years, and is recognized for the highest levels of skill and integrity."
