Biography

Starting from day one, Dana works with clients to formulate a plan which takes into account the client’s goals and resources. Dana represents clients in civil litigation, regulatory, and administrative matters.  Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, professional malpractice, construction law, insurance defense, and environmental and natural resource matters. She has been involved in numerous multi-year lawsuits which involved not only complex discovery, but associated administrative, legislative, and public relations matters.  This background enables her to work with clients to identify and manage the numerous and often complex issues raised by litigation.

Dana also has significant experience and interest in the evolving practice area of electronic discovery and works with clients and other professionals in that arena to find ways to navigate e-discovery in an effective, efficient, and economical manner.

Much of Dana’s free time is spent with family and volunteering.  She is actively involved in several local organizations and in the Montana State Bar.  Dana enjoys the opportunity to meet new people, learn new things, and invest in the community as a part of her volunteer efforts.
